The Business Environment Profiles (BED) product provides standardized macroeconomic, demographic, and external driver data that influence industry performance. Each profile delivers time-series data on key indicators such as exchange rates, commodity prices, consumer spending, and employment trends. This enables users to benchmark external factors, assess risk, and integrate macroeconomic drivers directly into forecasting and strategy models.

BED profiles track a wide range of economic and business drivers, structured into standardized indicators across countries and regions. These cover themes such as:

Macroeconomic Indicators – GDP, inflation, interest rates, exchange rates

Labor & Demographics – employment, wages, population

Trade & Commodities – import/export volumes, commodity prices, energy costs

Consumer & Business Activity – spending, investment, confidence indexes

Stay updated with /bed/v3/updatedreports (track when specific drivers have been refreshed).

Fetch content via /bed/v3/sections (preferred for performance) or /bed/v3/fullreport(for full-text ingestion).
