Supports compensation benchmarking, labor market analysis, and workforce planning. Four endpoints available:
/occupation/v3/reportlist — enumerate all available SOC occupation codes and titles
/occupation/v3/updatedreports — identify profiles updated within a date range for efficient cache synchronization
